How to Create a LEGO Shop Account

Creating a LEGO Shop account takes a few minutes, but a few small decisions during signup affect every order and login afterwards. This guide walks through the screens and the choices worth pausing on.

Before you start

You will need a valid email address, a phone that can receive SMS, and a real name that matches the card you intend to pay with. Using accurate details from the start prevents address-mismatch holds on your first order.

Step 1: Open the LEGO Shop signup page

Go to the official LEGO Shop website or open the LEGO Shop app and look for a Register, Sign up, or Create account link near the login form. The signup flow is the same on desktop and mobile, only the layout differs.

Step 2: Enter your details

You will be asked for your name, email or phone, and a password. Pick a password of at least 12 characters using a passphrase or a password manager. Submit the form to continue.

Step 3: Verify your account

LEGO Shop sends a verification code by SMS or email. Enter the code on the next screen to confirm ownership. If it does not arrive in two minutes, request a resend and double-check the contact details.

Step 4: Secure the account
